Once there, we will guide you every step of the way and are always on hand if you need any more help.

Will it cost me to receive an offer?

If you decide to go ahead you will receive an obligation free offer on your property and if this offer is then accepted by yourself we will cover any legal costs from your end. If you decide not to go ahead we will still be happy to have given some free property help & advice.

How long does the process take?

Typically, the whole process takes around 1-2 months. Once you have filled in the form we will arrange a date to view the property which suits usual. This is usually within 7 days. From there will make an offer on the property typically within 48 hours. Once the offer is accepted we work through the legal process as quickly as possible to give you a quick solution.

We can also be very flexible to suit each individuals needs whether you need a sale to go through quick or you require a slightly slower sale. We are always happy to discuss any requirements with you at any time to make the process as comfortable as possible.
