About The Process
Through our years of experience in the property market and extensive market knowledge we have tailored the buying process to make it as simple and effective as possible for you. We aim to provide the fastest possible service whilst working with each individuals needs.

Once you are happy with everything you’ve seen on our website use our postcode area checker to make sure your property falls within our geographical area. Once checked, fill out the form describing your property in as much detail as possible, including the condition, in order for us to get a good understanding of the property in hand.
Once this is complete, we will then contact you to arrange a viewing. This is usually within 7 days and a time that suits you.

After we have viewed the property we will then use our local knowledge and analysis tools tocome back to you with an offer, usually within 48 hours of the viewing. This is the amount we are willing to pay for the property in its current state and this offer will be valid for 30 days from receipt to you.
This offer is 100% no obligation and completely free to receive. At any time, you can choose not to sell your house to us and we will be happy to leave you to it.

If you decide our offer is an acceptable offer we will then begin the legal process for the house to be bought by us from yourself. This will include us appointing you a solicitor which we will cover the cost for. If you already have your own solicitor we are happy for you to use them.
You can then sit back and relax while we work through the legal process and exchange and complete on your house. Whatever your circumstances, we can always help you out.
